Uiautomatorviewer not working getting error : Error taking device screenshot: EOF

I connect & disconnect my device, restart the uiautomator, close the appium server, adb devices are connected, reinstall the android sdk but still unable to capture the screenshot through uitomatorviewer. getting following error : Error taking device screenshot: EOF.
