Organize properties using custom rules

Assuming we have the following entity class
public class Post
{
public int PostId { get; set; }
public int BlogId { get; set; }
public string AProperty { get; set; }
public string Title { get; set; }
}
Is there a tool/command to organize the properties using these rules:
<class>Id
are always the first property (primary key)
<other>Id
will follow after rule 1 (foreign key)- Arrange other properties alphabetically after rules 1 & 2.
I'm trying to use codemaid but I'm not sure how to define custom rules.
