Thanks for reaching out to the Google Play Team.
During review, we found that your app (com.buratinoapps.freelitecoin) violates the Device and Network Abuse policy.
For example, your app enables background playing of YouTube videos (YouTube video continues to play after pressing power button and the screen is off), which is a violation of the YouTube API Terms of Service:
"Your API Client will not, and you will not encourage or create functionality for your users or other third parties to: (9) create, include, or promote features that play content, including audio or video components, from a background player, meaning a player that is not displayed in the page, tab, or screen that the user is viewing;"
You'll need to disable background play functionality of YouTube videos in your app before submitting it for another review. If you choose to submit your app again, you may want to review the Device and Network Abuse policy, the Developer Program Policies and YouTube Terms of Service for additional guidance.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
My application is a converted website with a video on the main page.
Please tell me whats the problem

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because it concerns Google Play Store policies and procedures, rather than programming. Please refer to: Are developer-centric questions about application stores on topic?, Why can't I ask customer service-related questions?
