Looking in arXiv, did not show up anywhere since 2010.

I'm voting to close this question as off-topic because posts about claimed proofs of the Riemann hypothesis are off-topic on this site.

A purported proof of the RH from first princples in 33 pages posted on a site without peer review is rather unlikely to be genuine, but it's off-topic anyway.

I just google-searched the title and found it:
https://www.researchgate.net/publication/325035649_The_Final_and_Exhaustive_Proof_of_the_Riemann_Hypothesis_from_First_Principles
@Narasimham Yeah, it's kind of confusing, because I searched "Riemann Hypothesis" on google, and the only thing that came up was Michael Atiyah's faulty proof. If this proof is legit, it's surprising that it hasn't gotten as much publicity.
