Is it possible to specify multiple actions with notifies resource property?
template '/etc/some.conf' do
source 'etc/some.conf.erb'

owner 'root'
group 'root'
notifies [ :restart, :enable ], "service[restart some service]", :delayed
end
service "restart some service" do
