I want to use same server with different switch.

my nginx version is 1.10.2

this is simplified nginx.conf

server {
listen 80;
server_name test1.com;

location / {
allow all;
proxy_pass http://localhost:8080;
}
}

server {
listen 80 proxy_protocol;
server_name test2.com;

location / {
allow all;
proxy_pass http://localhost:8080;
}
}

test1.com is for haproxy and test2.com is for l4

after setting test

http://test1.com -> fail with " while reading PROXY protocol, client: XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, server: 0.0.0.0:80

http://test2.com -> success

i wonder if config is incorrect or impossible.
