Admin to Admin authentication with Firebase Auth

We are using Firebase JWT token to secure a REST API hosted in a VPS. We are using Firebase Auth's token as a bearer token.

Other than that we need to communicate between micro services. For that authentication is done using a pre-shared key. Except using a pre-shared key, is there a way to authenticate requests across multiple micro services using firebase Admin SDK?
